Russian Shevchenko climbed 14 places in the ATP rankings

Russian tennis player Alexander Shevchenko moved from 63rd to 49th place in the ranking of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), an updated version of which was published on the organization’s website.
Last week, Shevchenko lost to the Frenchman Hugo Humbert (3:6, 3:6) in the final of the tournament in Metz, France. The 22-year-old native of Rostov-on-Don played in the final of an ATP tournament for the first time in his career.
Serbian Novak Djokovic is still on the first line of the ranking. The best among Russian tennis players remains Daniil Medvedev, who ranks third.
