Tsitsipas: His match against Rune on Tuesday afternoon
Stefanos Tsitsipas will face Holger Rune on Tuesday (11/14, 3:30 p.m. at the earliest) at 12 p.m. and wants to keep his hopes of qualifying for the semi-finals of the ATP Finals alive.
On Tuesday afternoon (November 14th, 3:30 p.m. at the earliest, Cosmote Sport 6) Stefanos Tsitsipas will meet Holger Rune on the second matchday of the ATP Finals group.
Both the Greek tennis player (No. 6) and the 20-year-old Dane (No. 8) want to keep their hopes of qualifying for the semi-finals alive with the victory.
Steph lost his first match 2-0 sets against Sinner, while his opponent lost 2-1 sets against Novak Djokovic.
This means that both have no other outcome in mind than victory. Especially Stefanos Tsitsipas, who will face Novak Djokovic in the last round and has less chance of winning than Rooney, who plays against Sinner.
Tsitsipas and Rooney faced each other twice more, with the Dane winning both times. The last was in the Stockholm final in 2022.
