Tsitsipas withdrew from match against Rune at the ATP Finals

Greek tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas withdrew from the group stage match of the ATP Final Tournament against Dane Holger Rune.
The opponents spent 17 minutes on the court, Tsitsipas refused to fight further in the first set with the score 1:2.
The 2023 ATP Finals tournament takes place in Turin from November 12 to 19. The winner could earn more than $4.8 million. Last year, Serbian Novak Djokovic became the champion of the tournament.
