It has been announced in which tournament Svitolina will start the new season
Ukraine’s first racket Elina Svitolina and her husband Gael Monfils will start the new season with a tournament to be held in Auckland (New Zealand).
The WTA 250 ASB Classic will take place in Auckland from January 1-7. Svitolina will perform at these competitions for the first time. Elina has not played since the US Open due to an ankle injury.
The ATP 250 men’s tournament will take place in the second matchweek of the new season, between 8-13 January. Monfils won a tournament in Stockholm in October.
