The last two participants of United Cup 2024 have been announced
The national teams of Brazil and Chile were the last to participate in the United Cup team tournament.
World number 11 Beatrice Haddad Maia and number 80 Thiago Seyboth Wild will take part in Group A with Brazil, Poland and Spain.
Nicholas Harry, number 19, and Daniela Segel, number 662, from the Chilean national team will compete in the tournament. They were drawn into Group B with Greece and Canada.
The competition will be held in Perth and Sydney, Australia, between 29 December and 7 January. The United Cup will feature a prize fund of US$9.5 million and ATP and WTA ranking points (maximum 500).
18 teams will be divided into 6 groups. Each match will consist of three matches: men’s singles, women’s singles and mixed doubles.
Last season, the USA team became the first champion of the United Cup by defeating the Italian team in the final.
