Winner of 18 Grand Slam tournaments, Tennis Hall of Fame member, American Chris Evert He reported that his cancer had recurred.

“I have been very open about my experiences since I was first diagnosed with cancer two years ago. I want to give you all an update. My cancer has returned. I never wanted to hear this diagnosis, but I was lucky that it was diagnosed early. “I had robotic surgery in the same pelvic area last week, all cancer cells were removed and I am starting chemotherapy again,” the legendary tennis player said.

Note that Evert was first diagnosed with ovarian cancer in December 2021. It was discovered after a woman had a prophylactic hysterectomy due to the death of her sister Jeanne. In January 2022, Chris announced that he had overcome the disease.
