Iga SwiatekThe company, which is the leader in the world rankings, talked about the changes to be made in the 2024 tournament calendar.

“As the tournaments get longer, the calendar changes so that we will have to take more responsibility and spend more energy while participating in the tournaments.

It does not promote life balance in any form what the WTA promotes in other respects, namely the promotion of mental and physical health.

I will make decisions that will be more conducive to what they stand for and support,” Swiatek said.

Note that next year’s WTA calendar will increase the number of 1000-level tournaments to 10, while the duration of the tournaments in Madrid and Beijing will increase to two weeks.

The Paris Olympics will also be held between Wimbledon and the US Open.
