Avanesyan lost to Ukrainian Kostyuk in the third round match of the Australian Open

Russian tennis player Elina Avanesyan failed to reach the 1/8 finals of the Australian Open.
In the third round match, Avanesyan was defeated by Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk with a score of 6:2, 4:6, 4:6. The athletes spent 2 hours and 31 minutes on the court.
In the next round, Kostyuk will meet the winner of the match between Maria Timofeeva (Russia) and Beatriz Haddad-Maia (Brazil, 10).
