Russian tennis player Anastasia Potapova reached the quarterfinals of the WTA 500 tournament in Linz, Austria.
In the second round match, fifth seeded Potapova beat Italian Elisabette Cocciaretto with a score of 2:6, 7:6 (11:9), 7:5. The athletes spent 2 hours and 54 minutes on the court.
Potapova is the current champion of the tournament in Linz. In the next round, the 22-year-old athlete will play against compatriot Ekaterina Alexandrova (2nd seed).
