Kudermetova lost at the start of the WTA 1000 tournament in Doha

Russian tennis player Veronika Kudermetova failed to reach the second round of the WTA 1000 tournament in Doha.
In the opening match, Kudermetova, who received the 13th seed, was defeated by American Danielle Collins. The meeting lasted 1 hour 46 minutes and ended with a score of 7:5, 6:3.
In the second round, Collins will play against the winner of the match Maria Bouzkova (Czech Republic) – Sofia Kenin (USA).
