Russian tennis player Roman Safiullin failed to overcome the first round at the tournament in Los Cabos (Mexico).
Safiullin, who received the fifth seed, lost to Briton Daniel Evans at the start of the tournament with a score of 2:6, 4:6. The tennis players spent 1 hour and 41 minutes on the court.
Evans’ next opponent will be the winner of the match between Jack Draper (Great Britain) and Thanasi Kokkinakis (Australia).
