Russian tennis player Anna Kalinskaya reached the quarterfinals of the WTA 1000 tournament in Dubai.
In the third round match, Kalinskaya beat world number nine Jelena Ostapenko from Latvia with a score of 6:4, 7:5. The meeting lasted 1 hour 34 minutes.
In the quarter finals, Kalinskaya will meet the winner of the pair Cori Gauff (USA, 3) – Karolina Pliskova (Czech Republic).
