Medvedev defeated Rune and reached the semi-finals of the Masters in Indian Wells

Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev reached the semi-finals of the Masters series tournament in Indian Wells (USA).
Medvedev, who received the fourth seed, beat Dane Holger Rune (7) in the quarterfinals with a score of 7:5, 6:4. The tennis players spent two hours on the court.
The Russian will compete with American Tommy Paul (17) for reaching the finals of the tournament.
In the other semi-final, Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, who beat German Alexander Zverev, and Italian Jannik Sinner will meet.
