Russian tennis player Pavel Kotov made it to the quarter finals of the tournament in Marrakesh.
Kotov beat Italian Flavio Cobolli (8th seed) in the second round with a score of 6:1, 7:6 (7:5). The meeting lasted 1 hour 58 minutes.
In the quarterfinals, the Russian will meet the winner of the match between the first racket of the tournament, Serbian Laszlo Djere and Italian Fabio Fognini.
