Russian tennis player Daria Kasatkina reached the finals of the tournament in Charleston (USA).
In the semifinals, Kasatkina, who received the fourth seed, defeated American Jessica Pegula (1st seed) with a score of 6:4, 4:6, 7:6 (7:5). The meeting lasted 2 hours 45 minutes.
The Russian will play in the final with the winner of the pair Maria Sakkari (Greece, 3) – Danielle Collins (USA).
