Mirra Andreeva and Vera Zvonareva reached the quarterfinals of Roland Garros in doubles

Russian tennis players Mirra Andreeva and Vera Zvonareva reached the quarterfinals of the French Open in doubles.
In the third round match, Zvonareva and Andreeva defeated Norwegian Ulrikke Eikeri and Estonian Ingrid Neal (13th seed). The meeting lasted 1 hour 9 minutes and ended with a score of 6:3, 6:2.
17-year-old Andreeva also continues her performance in singles and will play in the quarterfinals on Wednesday against world number two Arina Sabalenka from Belarus.
Another Russian, Diana Schneider, advanced to the next stage of the tournament in doubles, and in a duet with American Emma Navarro, she beat Cristina Buksa (Spain) and Monica Niculescu (Romania).
