Russian Pavel Kotov failed to reach the second round of the Wimbledon tournament.
In the first round, the Russian was defeated by Australian Jordan Thompson with a score of 7:5, 7:5, 4:6, 4:6, 4:6. The match lasted 4 hours and 10 minutes.
In the next round, Thompson will play American Brandon Nakashima.
