Pavlyuchenkova advances to second round of US Open

Russian tennis player Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova has reached the second round of the Grand Slam tournament in the United States.
At the start of the US Open, the Russian beat 18-year-old Australian Tayla Preston, who received a special invitation (wild card) to the tournament. The match ended with a score of 6:2, 6:0. The tennis players spent 1 hour on the court.
In the next round, Pavlyuchenkova’s opponent will be the winner of the match Elisabetta Cocciaretto (Italy) – Kateryna Baindl (Ukraine).
