Russian tennis player Mirra Andreeva became the youngest quarter -finalist Wimbledon in 20 years, reports Opta Ace.
On Monday, Andreeva beat the American Emma Navarro in the fourth circle of Wimbledon (6: 2. 6: 3). At the time of the start of the tournament, the Russian woman was 18 years old 62 days. She became the youngest participant in this stage of the tournament since 2005, when Maria Sharapova, who began performance at the tournament at the same age, was released.
