Aleksandrova and Jai went out into the second round of US Open in a paired category
Russian Ekaterina Aleksandrova and Chinese, Zhang Shuay, reached the second round of the US Open Championship in a paired category.
In the first circle, the Russian -Chinese duo won a couple of Jacqueline Christian/Angelica Moaterli (Romania/Italy) with a score of 6: 2, 6: 2. The game lasted a little over an hour.
In the second round of Alexandrov and Zhang, sown in a paired category under the 12th number, they will play against the British duet Katie Bultier/Sonya Cartal.

Russian Karen Khachanov moved from 18th to 17th place in the ranking of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), a new version of which was published on the organization’s website.
The best among Russians remains Daniil Medvedev, located in 13th place, Andrei Rublev is 16th. There have been no changes in the top ten rankings: Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz is in the lead, Italian Jannik Sinner is second, and German representative Alexander Zverev is in third.
