Russian tennis player Ekaterina Alexandrova made it to the quarterfinals of the WTA 500 tournament in Ningbo (China).
In the second round match, the Russian woman, seeded fourth at the tournament, beat the Chinese Yu Yuan in two sets – 6:3, 6:3. The opponents spent 1 hour and 28 minutes on the court.
Alexandrova’s next opponent will be American McCartney Kessler.
