The representative of Germany, Alexander Zverev, qualified for the Final Tournament of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), the press service of the organization reports.

Zverev reached the semi-finals of the tournament in Vienna after his opponent, Dutchman Tallon Griekspoor, withdrew from the match. The next opponent of the German tennis player will be determined based on the results of the match between the Frenchman Corentin Moutet and the Italian Lorenzo Musetti.

World number three Zverev will take part in the ATP Finals for the eighth time, having previously won in 2018 and 2021. Previously, Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, Italian Jannik Sinner and Serbian Novak Djokovic were guaranteed the right to participate in the competition.

Zverev is 28 years old, this season he won the tournament in Munich, and in total he has 24 victories in ATP tournaments.

The final ATP tournament will be held in Turin on November 9–16.
