Kalinskaya beat Rakhimova and reached the second round of the tournament in Hong Kong
Russian tennis player Anna Kalinskaya beat compatriot Kamilla Rakhimova at the start of the WTA 250 tournament in Hong Kong.
In the first round, Kalinskaya, who received the sixth seed, beat Rakhimova with a score of 6:4, 6:4. The opponents spent 1 hour and 26 minutes on the court.
Kalinskaya in the second round will meet the winner of the meeting between Veronika Erjavec (Slovenia) and Zhang Shuai (China).
