De Minaur and Shelton qualified for the ATP Finals
American tennis player Ben Shelton and Australian Alex de Minaur have qualified for the Final Tournament of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), the press service of the organization reports.
On Thursday, Shelton beat Russian Andrey Rublev to reach the quarterfinals of the Masters in Paris. De Minaur defeated Karen Khachanov at the same stage.
23-year-old Shelton will take part in the ATP Finals Tournament for the first time in his career. De Minaur, 26, has competed once before.
Previously, Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner, Alexander Zverev, Novak Djokovic and Taylor Fritz also qualified for the ATP Finals. The final tournament will be held in Turin, Italy, from November 9 to 16.
