Sinner won the Masters in Paris and will return to first place in the ATP rankings
Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner won the Masters tournament in Paris.
In the final of the competition, Sinner, who received the second seed, beat Canadian Felix Auger-Alassime (9) with a score of 6:4, 7:6 (7:4). The match lasted 1 hour 52 minutes.
For Sinner, this ATP singles title was the 23rd of his career and the fifth of the season; he took the trophy for the first time at the Masters in Paris. This success will allow the 24-year-old Italian to return to the first line of the ATP rankings, displacing Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz from the leading position.
