Anisimova beat Keys in the WTA Final Tournament match, Rybakina guaranteed herself participation in the semi-finals
American tennis player Amanda Anisimova defeated compatriot Madison Keys in the group stage match of the WTA Final Tournament, which takes place in Riyadh.
The meeting of Serena Williams’ group ended with a score of 4:6, 6:3, 6:2 in favor of Anisimova. The game lasted 1 hour 43 minutes.
Keys lost her second match in a row and lost her chance of reaching the playoffs of the WTA Final Tournament. After Anisimova’s victory, the representative of Kazakhstan Elena Rybakina guaranteed herself first place in the quartet and reached the semi-finals.
