Alexandrova lost to Rybakina in the WTA Finals match

Russian tennis player Ekaterina Alexandrova lost to Elena Rybakina from Kazakhstan in the group stage match of the WTA Final Tournament in Riyadh.
The meeting ended in victory for Rybakina with a score of 6:4, 6:4. The tennis players spent 1 hour and 13 minutes on the court. Initially, Rybakina was supposed to play with Madison Keys, but the American withdrew from the tournament due to a viral disease.
Rybakina won her third victory in a row and reached the semifinals of the Final Tournament from first place in Serena Williams’ group. The second spot in the head-to-head match will be played by Poland’s Iga Szwiatek and American Amanda Anisimova.
