Kudermetova and Mertens reached the final of the WTA Finals in doubles

Russian Veronika Kudermetova and Belgian Elise Mertens made it to the finals of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Final Tournament in doubles.
In the semi-finals they defeated another international duo Katerina Sinyakova/Taylor Townsend (Czech Republic/USA) with a score of 4:6, 7:6 (8:6); 1:0 (10:6). The meeting lasted 1 hour 52 minutes. The competition takes place in Riyadh.
In the final, Kudermetova and Mertens will play against Brazilian Luisa Stefani and Hungarian Timei Babos.
