Rybakina beat Sabalenka in the final of the WTA Final Tournament
Kazakhstani tennis player Elena Rybakina became the winner of the WTA Final Tournament, which was held in Riyadh.
In the final, Rybakina, who received the sixth seed, beat the world number one, Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka, with a score of 6:3, 7:6 (7:0). The meeting lasted 1 hour 47 minutes.
Rybakina is 26 years old and a native of Moscow. The tennis player won the WTA Final Tournament for the first time in her career.
