Yanchuk told what tennis player Mirra Andreeva needs to improve on
Honored Coach of Russia Viktor Yanchuk told us what Russian tennis player Mirra Andreeva needs to improve on.
At the end of the 2025 season, 18-year-old Andreeva is ranked ninth in the WTA rankings.
“We will believe that Mirra will improve, because she is still young.” We need to add speed and athleticism, because kicking players are actively attuned to it. Nevertheless, she copes and is in the top ten,” Yanchuk told the Championship.
Andreeva is the winner of three WTA tournaments in singles and two in doubles, Olympic silver medalist, semi-finalist at Roland Garros 2024.
