Kudermetova beat Potapova in the first match of the Northern Palmyra Trophies tournament
Russian tennis player Veronika Kudermetova beat compatriot Anastasia Potapova in the first match of the Northern Palmyra Trophies international tournament in St. Petersburg.
Kudermetova, representing the Sphinxes team, beat Potapova, playing for Lviv, with a score of 13:6 (5:2, 4:2, 4:2). Meetings are held in the format of three sets of 20 minutes.
In the next match of the tournament, Russian Diana Schneider (Lions) will play with Yulia Putintseva (Sphinxes) from Kazakhstan.
