Russian tennis player Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova failed to reach the second round of the tournament in Brisbane (Australia).

Pavlyuchenkova lost to Romanian Sorana Cirste in the first round with a score of 3:6, 1:6. The meeting lasted one hour.

Kirsty’s next opponent will be Latvian Elena Ostapenko (14th seed).
