Szwiatek reaches the second round of the Australian Open
World number two Iga Swiatek has reached the next round of the Grand Slam tournament in Australia.
At the start of the competition, the Polish tennis player beat the Chinese Yuan Yue, who made it into the main draw through qualification. The meeting lasted almost two hours and ended with a score of 7:6 (7:5), 6:3.
In the next round, Schwiatek’s opponent will be Czech Maria Bouzkova.
