In the first match, Carlitos was one point behind and came back with a score of 1:3.

Alcaraz played his third head-to-head match against Hanfmann. He tackled Adam Walton in the first round.

Carlos is 22-0 unbeaten against opponents outside the ATP Top 100 at Grand Slams, with 12 of those wins coming in three sets.

Since the introduction of the 32-seed rule in major tournaments in 2001, Alcaraz’s meeting with Moutet will be the second meeting between the No. 1 and 32 seeds in men’s singles, after Roger Federer and Nicolas Massu at Roland Garros in 2006.
