Kyrgios’ charm writes his girlfriend’s name
Expatriate tennis players Thanasis Kokkinakis and Nick Kyrgios won the Australian Open doubles title on Saturday (29/01) with Kyrgios’ partner unveiling the Greek-Australian amulet that brought him ‘luck’ inscribed in their name.
Thanasis Kokkinakis and Nick Kyrgios were crowned doubles champions at this year’s Australian Open on Saturday (29 January) and became the first duo in the tournament’s history to win the title in a free-ticket competition.
The two Greek-Australians were obviously crazy about the trophy, while Kyrgios’ partner next to her dreamy appearance Kostin Hadjipourganis, revealed something else that brought “luck” to the duo.
In particular, the young girl posted a photo on her personal Instagram account of Kyrgios wearing an ID necklace with her name “Kostin” written on it, with her comment: “The Lucky Amulet”, and the 26-year-old tennis player to reply: “You know”.
