Spain winger Victor Munoz reported to Liverpool training for the first time yesterday following his £34.5million move from Osasuna. Munoz was the first new addition after the arrival of head coach Andoni Iraola.
The winger moved to Los Rojillos last summer from Real Madrid, where he made four appearances after graduating from their youth set-up, having previously been with the academy of his hometown club, Barcelona. Munoz was pictured alongside agents Juanma Lopez and Andy Bara from Niagara Sports.
Middlesbrough defender deal
Tottenham Hotspur and Middlesbrough have agreed a £7million deal plus add-ons for 21-year-old centre back Ashley Phillips. Phillips' former club Blackburn are due a sell-on percentage from the transfer.
A central defender became Boro's priority after Dael Fry decided to leave for Birmingham at the end of his contract.

Southampton winger Jay Robinson arrived at Milan's Linate airport at 9pm last night ahead of sealing a loan move to newly-promoted Serie A side Monza. Southampton winger Jay Robinson is set to seal the loan move to the Serie A club.
The 19-year-old made his Premier League debut in 2025 and made 23 appearances in the Championship last season, though his campaign was hindered by a quad injury. The teenager has represented England at every age group from U16s up to U19s and is hoping to gain regular game time in Italy's top flight.
