In the round of 16 of the CEV Women’s Cup, Olympiakos is waiting for PAOK or Brno
Olympiacos won a 3-0 set against Kalchik Kamnik, qualified for the round of 16 of the CEV Women’s Cup and awaits the winner of the match PAOK – Brno.
Olympiacos beat Calcit Kamnik 3-0 in Rentis’ closed match and, combined with their 3-1 win in Slovenia, secured their ticket to the ’16’ of the CEV Cup.
The Red-Whites needed two sets to seal the qualification and with seriousness played the first set while the Slovenians tried to get back into the game and led 5-8 in the 2nd set, they responded immediately and converted the result 16-11 to 2-0.
Micelli made some changes in the third set, however, his team was unaffected and easily achieved victory and qualification.
Olympiacos meets the winner of the Brno-PAOK game (PAOK won 3-2 in Thessaloniki).
