Anastasia Mikroudaki gave an interview on EOPE’s official site where she spoke about her triple status as athlete, mother and worker.

Mother, worker and athlete in the Women’s Volley League with the ZAON team: At 28, Anastasia Mikroudaki seems to be enjoying every single moment of this triple status, each with its own great demands.

Dimitra’s mother, who is only 1.5 years old, a teacher at a special school and an extremist in the neophyte ZAON, strives every day to prove that no matter how many difficulties there are, nothing is impossible…

“Motherhood and exercise are combined with the right planning and support,” Anastasia clarified in a style that left no room for doubt.

The dilemma “Now that I’ve become a mother, I might have to stop exercising” never existed for her, but the fact that her husband is a sports person (instrumental gymnastics trainer at ZAON) played a role and the support that provided (and provided) it is more than important.

She revealed she left home first… sulking, leaving her baby daughter to train or play, but she hopes she’ll become an athlete too, admitting that when she gets onto the field to watch her , her gaze moves on to Dimitra.

She spoke to us about the differences in volleyball today, with a pinch of melancholy for the past, but also about the strength that the children she deals with every day at the special school where she works give her strength Has. .
