Women’s Olympic Volleyball: Lambrousi is back
Gina Lambrousi is again an Olympiakos athlete with the red and white team announcing the start of the collaboration between the two sides.
Gina Lambrousi, who has signed a cooperation agreement with the Red and Whites, is back as an Olympiacos player.
The corresponding announcement in detail: “OLYMPIAKOS SFP announces the start of its collaboration with Gina Lambrousi. The Greek center (1.84 m, 27.1.1993) signed her new contract and returned to the club’s women’s volleyball team.
Gina Lambrousi was a key member of the Thrylos ’empire’ in women’s volleyball, winning seven leagues, six cups and one European Cup (Challenge Cup) in Bursa in 2018. After two years in Mulhouse, France (2020-22) and Tarkovice, Romania (2022), the international blocker returned to her ‘homeland’, once again sporting the colors red and white.

“I’m happy to be back in Greece and Olympiakos and I hope we can get back on top. We’re going into the second half of the season where we’ll achieve all our goals and I believe that through hard work we’ll end up to celebrate.”
