Panathinaikos prevailed 3-1 against AEK and Olympiakos 3-0 against Aris for the Women’s Volley League a week before the derby between them.

Once again Panathinaikos and AEK offered the volleyball friends a big derby, which was evaluated extensively.

The greens prevailed 3-1 sets and increased their performance in service and taking after the second set, with Konstantinos’ cross proving crucial.

As in the previous two games between the two teams, the first two sets were full of surprises. In the first, AEK played better and led the final by three points 18-21, but Panathinaikos caused the upset and won the set 25-22.

The image at the beginning of the second set was inversely proportional. Panathinaikos came into play better, but AEK turned the scene on its head and made it 1-1 in the sets at 20-25.
