Men’s Volleyball League: PAOK comfortable in Skydra, victory for Milos too
PAOK did their duty against Aristotelis and won 3-0 for the Volley League. Milonas marched victorious through Crete.
Without encountering any difficulties, PAOK defeated using the serve as a weapon that earned him 12 aces, half of which were scored by Theodoros Voulkidis Aristotle Skydras at the Kalyvia gym and rose to 33 points in the men’s volleyball league. Victory in Crete for Milos
With Molina, Brian and Her o milon scored a great win in Crete over OFI with 3-1 Set and got three more valuable points, which pushed even more on the 4th place in the table. Nea Smyrni’s team climbed to 28 points compared to 30 from Panathinaikos who sit in 3rd place, 24 from Phoenix ONEX and 23 from AOP Kifissia who follow.
OFI, significantly improved in all areas, struggled all three sets, had Giorgos Tzioumakas in the lead but fell behind in reception at the end of sets.

A doctor from the Yenisei volleyball club provided emergency assistance to a child on board the plane
The doctor of the men’s volleyball club “Yenisei” from Krasnoyarsk, Shakhriyar Mirzoev, provided emergency assistance to the boy on board the plane.
The incident happened during the New Year holidays on the Kazan-Krasnoyarsk flight. The specialist noticed that the man and child were in the toilet for 20 minutes, and the flight attendant came in there periodically.
“I approached and saw that a boy of about nine was standing at the sink filled with water and blood. At that moment, the flight attendant began to ask if there was a doctor on board, to which I replied: “I’m a doctor, I’ll help now.”
I tried to stop the bleeding using cotton wool and improvised means that the conductors had, applying cold to the bridge of the nose. But this had no effect – everything was soaked in blood. The bleeding did not stop for about 20 minutes.
I tried to calm the child down and began to think about what to do next. I asked the flight attendants for a first aid kit and found ampoules of adrenaline there. Having opened two ampoules, I soaked two cotton pads with the solution and inserted them deep into the child’s nose. After a couple of minutes, I saw that the blood had stopped,” AiF Krasnoyarsk quotes Mirzoev as saying.
The child came to his senses. As it turned out, the boy had undergone surgery to remove his adenoids the day before, which probably caused the bleeding.

Novosibirsk Lokomotiv defeated Moscow MSTU in the match of the 18th round of the Russian Volleyball Championship.

Volleyball players of St. Petersburg “Zenith” beat “Nova” and won their fifth victory in a row in the Super League
St. Petersburg “Zenith” defeated “Nova” from Novokuybyshevsk in the match of the 18th round of the Russian Volleyball Championship.
The meeting in St. Petersburg ended with a score of 3–2 (25:17, 25:21, 19:25, 20:25, 15:13). Zenit extended its winning streak in the Super League to five matches.
