Women’s Volleyball Cup: AEK-PAOK, AO Thiras-Panathinaikos, the semi-final pairs, the Final Four in Arta
The Women’s Volleyball Cup Final Four will be held in Arta on March 10-11. AEK – PAOK and Panathinaikos – AO Thiras the two semifinals.
The draw took place today (February 16) to select the semi-finals of the Women’s Cup Final 4 to be played over the two days of March 10-11 at the T9 sports hall in Arta.
In the draw, the first pair to emerge was the double-header derby, with AEK officially being the home team against PAOK, while the other pair’s opponents were AO Thiras and Panathinaikos, who won last year’s title in the final Heraklion.
The game series and their times will be announced in the following days after consultation with ERT.
The final stage of the Women’s Cup will be held for the first time in the city of Arta and in the new gymnasium.
The stadium, inaugurated in September 2018, is located in Kostakiou, a town of the municipality of Artaia, about 3 kilometers from the city of Arta, and has a capacity of 1200 seats.
