ESAP punished Olympiakos with two games behind closed doors for episodes that took place in December’s game against Panathinaikos.

Olympiacos has been sanctioned with two games behind closed doors for the episodes that last December and specifically on 12/13. took place in Renti before the start of the game with Panathinaikos.

ESAP’s Single Member Judicial Body announced that Piraeus will face two games behind closed doors and a €5,000 fine. This means that the “red-whites” in the games with PAOK and Kifissia will not have people by their side in the second phase of the Volley League championship.

ESAP even announced that Olympiacos’ appeal against the specific decision has been dismissed.

“The single judiciary body of ESAP…

Considering the provisions of Articles 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 37, 38, 39, 49 and 50 of the Special Disciplinary Code Ε.Σ .Α.Π.

Taking into account the allegations of the accused sports club named “Olympiakos SFP” as developed orally during the discussion of the case on 03/02/2022 by his lawyer Michael Hydraios.

From the evaluation of the documents of the formed case file (match sheet Olympiakos – Panathinaikos for the 7th game of the Volley League championship, minutes of the commissioner of the game, observer’s report sheet, file number 1003/7/56/1/4 -kg /15.12.2021 document of General Police Department of the Attica General Police Headquarters and report) and the documents submitted.

FOR THESE REASONS

Forces the TAA Olympiakos SFP for the match that took place on 12/13/2021 in the sports center “Melina Mercouri” the penalties of the exclusion of two days of racing and the penalty of 5,000 euros if the penalties are combined.
