Hidalgo: “We made history with Olympiakos, what we experienced is unique in the world”
Salvador Hidalgo spoke about Olympiaco’s Challenge Cup win and praised the crowd for their support.
Totally pleased to have won the Challenge Cup with Olympiacos and enchanted by the atmosphere at SEF, said Salvador Hidalgo.
First, the Cuban-German winger told Cosmote TV: “It’s incredible. We made history with Olympiakos. We’re grateful to be here. As a team, we did everything to win this important trophy.”
Then he said in relation to the atmosphere and how he experienced it: “What can I say? You see these thousands of fans. It’s a party for the whole volleyball world. It’s unique in the whole world. A big thank you to the fans, we made history together and we want to continue like this.”
