The men’s national volleyball team was drawn into the 5th qualifying group of the European Championships with Croatia, Norway and Cyprus.
The men’s national volleyball team competed in the 5th qualifying group with opponents Croatia, Norway and Cyprus.
A total of 26 teams take part in the qualification, divided into 7 groups (the first two have three teams and the other five have four teams).
The qualifiers for the final (the host countries have not yet been announced) are taken by the first teams of each group and the 5 best second (in the groups of 4 teams, the points of the matches with the last team in the ranking). subtracted from).

Kazan “Zenit” became the winner of the Russian Volleyball Super Cup among men’s teams.
On Friday, the Kazan team beat Lokomotiv from Novosibirsk – 3-1 (25:19, 25:17, 23:25, 25:21).
Zenit won the Russian Super Cup for the third year in a row. In total, the Kazan team has a record 11 victories in the tournament. Lokomotiv took part in the decisive matches for the trophy four times, but were defeated each time.
For the first time in history, the Russian Super Cup was held in the Final Four format. All meetings took place in St. Petersburg.
