Panathinaikos 3-2 Olympiakos: The Greens lifted the League Cup with a surprise win
Olympiacos took a 2-1 lead but Panathinaikos turned the tables, winning 3-2 sets and lifting the League Cup.
Panathinaikos won the League Cup after the Greens beat Olympiakos 3-2 in the second final, again with a 2-1 counterattack.
Trifylli, with the support of at least 5,000 fans who were with OAKA, managed to win their second title of the year after the Super Cup.
The match: The two teams went point by point until the 6-6. By this time Hidalgo had three consecutive aces against Frago and Olympiacos escaped 10-6.
From there, Panathinaikos collected the difference, reducing it to one point, but the red-white team managed to finish the first set 25-22.
In the second set, the Greens went first with three points (6-3), but Giuliani’s players quickly leveled the set.
