PAOK – Olympiacos 0-3: Champions at PAOK Sports Arena, the Reds and Whites with a volley

With an impressive performance, Olympiacos won a 3-0 set against PAOK at PAOK Sports Arena, making it 3-1 in the series and winning the Men’s Volley League title.

The 2023 Greek champion in men’s volleyball is Olympiakos. The Red-Whites defeated PAOK 3-0 in Thessaloniki, went 3-1 in the series and won the Men’s Volley League title.

Giuliani’s players impressed with their pressing service and enormous attacking efficiency. Olympiacos retained the reception and this allowed Travitsa to distribute the game in an exemplary manner.


The match: Olympiacos came into play strongly from the start and managed to spoil PAOK’s reception with pressure on her serve. This made his life easier, allowing him to build an early four-point lead.

Dikefalos was down to two by halftime of the set (13-15) but from there Olympiacos went on a 10-5 run to finish the set 25-18.


The second set ended even easier in the hands of Olympiakos. This time, Pagenk’s serve fulfilled the Red-White team with eight points (5-13).

Milenkoski made changes in search of solutions, but to no avail. So Olympiacos easily made the 2-0 set with 16:25.


In the third set, PAOK stayed close to 6:7. Olympiacos quickly escaped again, causing the clock to count down for the Red and Whites’ coronation.

The picture of the two teams showed that if there was a difference of even ten (10-20), absolutely nothing would change. The Red-Whites ended the match 25-14 and celebrated winning the title.
