Men’s Olympic Volleyball: Welcome to “Melina Merkouri” for the champions
Despite the late hour, a few dozen Olympiakos fans were at “Melina Mekouri” to cheer on the men’s volleyball team to win the championship.
Olympiacos celebrated winning their 31st championship in men’s volleyball on Friday evening (April 28) after beating PAOK.
The red and white had a significant flight delay, which caused them to land on “Eleftherios Venizelos” about an hour after midnight.
Then we went to “Melina Merkouri”, where, despite the late hour, several dozen fans were waiting to worship Giuliani and his players.
