Pagenk, the Olympiakos squad for the new season, remains in red and white
Olympiacos announced the extension of their partnership with Allen Pagenk for another year.
Alain Pagenk will be an Olympiakos player for another year. The international Slovenian center stays in the red-whites for the third year in a row.
The corresponding announcement in detail: “OLYMPIAN SFP announces the renewal of its partnership with Allen Pagenk. The international Slovenian center signed his new contract and remains in the roster of the club’s men’s volleyball team.
Allen Pagenk’s statement in olympiacossfp.gr: “I’m so happy to stay at Olympiakos, in a club with such a long history and amazing fans!” I’m grateful because the team trusts me for another season. I’ll do my best, give it my all on the field and fight for every ball. See you in Rentis.

Kazan “Zenit” became the winner of the Russian Volleyball Super Cup among men’s teams.
On Friday, the Kazan team beat Lokomotiv from Novosibirsk – 3-1 (25:19, 25:17, 23:25, 25:21).
Zenit won the Russian Super Cup for the third year in a row. In total, the Kazan team has a record 11 victories in the tournament. Lokomotiv took part in the decisive matches for the trophy four times, but were defeated each time.
For the first time in history, the Russian Super Cup was held in the Final Four format. All meetings took place in St. Petersburg.

The meeting in St. Petersburg ended with a score of 3-2 (25:20, 25:17, 18:25, 23:25, 15:12) in favor of the Kazan team.
In the other semi-final earlier on Thursday, Lokomotiv Novosibirsk defeated Dynamo Moscow in four sets.
The final match between Lokomotiv and Zenit will take place on Friday, starting at 19:30 Moscow time.
