Olympiacos announced the return of Dimitris Djuric
The signing of Dimitris Djuric (34 years old, 2.11 metres) has been announced by Olympiacos Piraeus. The Serbian player with Greek citizenship joins the men’s volleyball section.
Olympiacos announced Dimitris Djuric (34). The 2.11m tall volleyball player wears the red and white again (2006-11) and becomes a member of the roster of the men’s volleyball section of the Piraeus team.

Olympiacos SFP announce the start of its collaboration with Dimitris (Mitar) Djuric. The Serbian midfielder with Greek nationality (date of birth 04/25/1989, 2.11 m) signed his new contract and joins the squad of the club’s men’s volleyball team.
Dimitris Tzurich returned to Thrylos 12 years later! In his first “term” in the red and white jersey, he played from 2006 to 2011 and won three championships, two cups and two super cups.
In 2011 he made the big leap in his career, moving to Italy and Trentino, where he finished third in the Champions League and won a league, two cups, a super cup and two world clubs! In the 2013/14 season he played for Halkbank, reached the final of the Champions League, won the silver medal and at the same time celebrated the treble in Turkey! He also won second place in the Champions League with Italy’s Trentino in 2016 while reaching the CEV Cup final a season earlier. In 2016–18 he competed in Verona and won the bronze medal in the CEV Cup, while in 2018–19 and 2021–23 he played for PAOK and Finikas Syros respectively.
In his career he has won a total of 18 titles namely three Greek Championships, two Greek Cups, two Greek Super Cups, two Italian Championships, two Italian Cups, one Italian Super Cup, two World Clubs, one Turkish Championship, one Turkish Cup, one Turkish Super Cup as well as the 2020-21 MEVZA League with ACH Volley.
